A few weekends ago, a couple of us decided to take a trip up to wasaga for victoria day celebrations.
Where we stayed there wasn't many restaurants in walking distance, but there was this one that was right behind our cabin called "Wasaga Waffles and Ice Cream". We wondered in, and were completely memorized by the smell of fresh waffles being made, and over 15 different ice cream flavors, we stood in complete awe, overwhelmed by the many different choices. I ordered the cookie dough waffle ice cream treat called "the cookie monster" (with a chocolate milk) and my friends ordered an waffle topped with vanilla ice cream and apple bits.
After finishing our dessert (which happened to be our first meal of the day), we all came to the agreement, that Wasaga Waffles and Ice cream was a hit!
The staff was so nice, they even gave us cookies on the house (the best cookies in the world)!
Anytime you visit Wasaga, please be sure to stop by Wasaga Waffles & Ice Cream, grab something delicious and go take a walk by the beach, which is 5 minutes walking distance.
